GiveCircuit Terms of Service

Use GiveCircuit responsibly.

These pre-launch terms describe the responsibilities of platform users and participating organizations. They do not replace an organization's own eligibility, pickup, volunteer, or donation terms.

Pre-launch policy · internal review pending · Last updated August 28, 2026

Accounts and authority

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only the organization workspace and records you are authorized to access. Organization administrators are responsible for the people they invite and the actions taken through their workspace.

Community-drive operations

GiveCircuit provides coordination tools. Participating organizations remain responsible for their programs, eligibility decisions, volunteer supervision, pickup operations, communications, legal obligations, and the accuracy of their public profiles.

Donations and payments

Charitable money donations leave GiveCircuit through an external organization-controlled link. GiveCircuit does not receive, hold, route, guarantee, or determine the tax treatment of those donations. The separate $49 onboarding payment is a platform setup fee.

Prohibited use

Do not misuse personal information, impersonate an organization, publish deceptive donation links, evade authorization controls, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, harass participants, or use GiveCircuit for unlawful activity.

Availability and changes

Pre-launch availability may change as GiveCircuit completes client acceptance, security, accessibility, and recovery work. Material policy changes will be dated and published rather than silently represented as previously accepted terms.

Review status

This is an operational pre-launch draft. Client and legal review remain pending before general commercial launch.
