Reports may concern a participating organization, public profile, donation destination, account, message, or misuse of participant information.
What to report
Report impersonation, deceptive or changed donation links, harassment, discrimination, unsafe pickup instructions, unauthorized disclosure of participant information, account compromise, malicious content, or attempts to bypass organization separation.
Immediate danger
GiveCircuit is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services when someone faces immediate danger. Do not wait for a platform review.
How to report
Use the GiveCircuit support path. Include the organization or page, what occurred, approximate time, and supporting links or screenshots. Do not send unrelated participant records or highly sensitive information.
Review boundaries
GiveCircuit may restrict a public profile, external donation link, registration, or account while a report is reviewed. Payment of the onboarding fee does not establish verification, endorsement, or immunity from moderation.
