Poole Learning privacy notice
This notice explains how information submitted for Phone Drop- Used Phones for Education is used by Poole Learning. It supplements the GiveCircuit privacy policy.
What this organization collects
Account name and email; optional phone; support or volunteer logistics; organization-configured field answers; and operational status records needed to coordinate this drive.
How it is used
We collect only the information needed to coordinate this community drive, communicate with participants, manage fulfillment, and account for volunteer and inventory activity.
Who can see it
Only administrators assigned to Poole Learning can access this drive’s participant records. Other organizations on GiveCircuit cannot see them.
Donations
Goods pledges are visible to Poole Learning administrators for coordination. Money donations leave GiveCircuit through the organization’s own external donation link; GiveCircuit does not process those donations.
Retention
Poole Learning has configured an operational retention target of 180 days after the drive closes, subject to its applicable obligations.
